Privacy Policy (“Cookies” Policy)

Our service uses Cookie files (“Cookies”) – below you will find information on the purposes Cookies serve and the ways they operate.

1.
By “Cookie” files (so-called “Cookies”) we mean IT data, text files in particular, which, when stored in Data Terminal Equipment of the website’s users, allow to use this website. Such files usually contain the name of the website they come from, Data Terminal Equipment storage time, as well as a unique number. They allow to recognize the user’s equipment and to display a customized website properly.

2.

The website does not automatically collect any information, apart from the information contained in the Cookie files.

3.
The entity placing the Cookie files and gaining access to them on the user’s Data Terminal Equipment is the website’s operator – Advanced Protection Systems Sp. z o.o.,  located under the legal address: 81-350 Gdynia,  8 Plac Kaszubski office 311.

4.
Cookie files are used to adjust a website’s content to the user’s preferences and to optimize the use of the Internet websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics, which allow to understand the way the user uses websites. Hence, it is possible to improve their structure and content, excluding the user’s personal identification.

5.
There are two basic types of Cookie files used within a website: ‘session’ (‘session cookies’) and persistent (“persistent cookies”). “Session cookies” are temporary files, which are stored at the user’s Data Terminal Equipment until logging out, leaving the website or turning the software off (an Internet browser). “Persistent cookies” are stored at the user’s Data Terminal Equipment for the span of time set in the parameters of Cookie files or until they are removed by the user.

6.
Internet browsers allow to place Cookie files at the user’s Data Terminal Equipment by default. A website’s users may change the settings concerning Cookie files at any time. Such settings may be changed by the user in a way, which blocks an automatic servicing of Cookie files in an Internet browser, or informs about each dispatch of such files to the user’s Data Terminal Equipment. Detailed information about possibilities and ways of Cookie files servicing is available in the user’s software settings (an Internet browser).

7.
The website’s operator informs that Cookie files usage restrictions may impact on certain functionalities available on the website.
