The administrator of the website www.apsystems.tech (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is:

Advanced Protection Systems S.A. based in Gdynia, Plac Kaszubski 8 lok. 311, 81-350 Gdynia, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000743881, NIP: 5862300694, REGON: 362753147, hereinafter referred to as: “Administrator “.

For this Policy, the term “User” is understood as an internet user visiting the Website.

Cookies are small text information that is saved on the User’s end device (eg computer, tablet, smartphone) in connection with the use of the Website by him. Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s IT system and used to adapt the content of websites to the User’s preferences and to optimize their use.

The administrator stores cookies and then gains access to the information contained therein for:

a) marketing, consisting in collecting information about what activities the User took on the Website (i.e. what links were clicked by him and which pages of the Website he visited) and adjusting the content of the Website to the interests and needs of the User, including by generating personalized content,

b) handling visit counters,

c) statistical, in particular enabling the Administrator to analyze how Users use the Website. In this regard, Google Analytics cookies are used (see § 4).

3. The Website uses the following types of cookies:

a) session files – they are temporary files and are stored on the User’s device until the Website is no longer used or the web browser is closed,

b) analytical – cookies used by Google Analytics, referred to in §3.

4. The cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s devices. In particular, viruses or other unwanted software or malware cannot enter the User’s devices in this way. These files allow to identify the software used by the Customer and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, their storage time on the device and the assigned value.

5. The user can independently manage cookies from the level of the web browser. He may at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s device. These changes may in particular consist in blocking the automatic handling of cookies, informing about their every posting in the User’s device or deleting the existing cookies (see § 5 sections 2). Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings.

The website uses Google Analytics, i.e. the web analytics service provided by Google Inc. hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files placed on a computer or other device of the User to enable the Website to analyze how Users use it. The information generated by cookies on the use of the Website by the User (including his IP address) will be transferred to Google and stored by it on servers outside the European Economic Area based on appropriate legal safeguards, which are standard contractual clauses for the protection of personal data, approved by The European Commission.

Google will use this information to evaluate the use of the Website by the User, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet use.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties if it is required to do so by law or if these persons process such information on behalf of Google.

Third-party websites, i.e. not administered by the Administrator, to which the Website may refer, may also use cookies other than those listed above, including in particular files enabling logging in and delivering advertisements corresponding to the User’s preferences and behaviour. The administrator has no influence on them and is not responsible for their selection and the policy applied. These types of cookies are in particular:

a) on youtube.com (hereinafter: “YouTube”) – containing the User’s preferences and the number of clicks; YouTube’s privacy policy is described at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=pl&gl=pl

b) on facebook.com (hereinafter: “Facebook”) – Facebook’s privacy policy is described at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation

c) on linkedin.com (hereinafter referred to as LinkedIn) – the LinkedIn privacy policy is described at: https://pl.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy

The administrator also informs that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s end device.

The administrator also indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by: appropriate functions of the web browser, programs for this purpose or using appropriate tools available as part of the operating system used by the User.

The administrator also informs that changing the configuration of the web browser, which prevents or restricts the storage of cookies on the User’s end device, may limit some of the Website’s functionalities. The deletion of cookies while using the Website may lead to similar effects.
