This Privacy Policy applies to data processing operations in advanced protection systems. We clearly inform you how we collect your personal data and for what purpose it is used.

Please note that Advanced Protection Systems collects personal data and company information provided by its (potential) customers and suppliers, as well as data obtained during visits to and use of the Advanced Protection Systems website.

We take your personal data very seriously and make every effort to optimally protect the personal data provided against unauthorized access, misuse, loss and theft.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures and monitor and protect our services against abuse and fraud.

 

Website visitors:

Personal information that Advanced Protection Systems may collect includes your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and IP address. This data can be collected via the web form and Google Analytics cookies. The above personal data is collected voluntarily, however, the consequence of not providing personal data may be the inability to conclude or perform a contract or other services by the Administrator.

 

Purposes of using and processing data:

Personal data collected by the Administrator are processed under the provisions of the Act, the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95 / 46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws UE L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as: GDPR.

Please note that we collect and process personal data only when necessary and for the following purposes:

  1. Submitting offers and / or providing information about the services and other activities of Advanced Protection Systems.
  2. Concluding and implementing contracts and maintaining contact with the client.
  3. Performance of obligations resulting from the provisions of generally applicable law.
  4. Answering questions and considering complaints and other after-sales service.
  5. Management and internal administration.
  6. Archival (evidence) purposes, possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, ensuring the safety of persons and property based on the legitimate interest of Advanced Protection Systems.

 

Data storage and deletion:

Because we use your data for the above-mentioned purposes, Advanced Protection Systems stores and processes personal data for the period necessary to achieve the indicated purposes for which they were collected in accordance with the criteria set out in the law.

Personal data processed based on expressed consent are processed until its withdrawal.

After the expiry of the processing period, if it is technically possible and if the applicable law does not allow or require further processing of personal data, personal data will be irretrievably deleted or anonymized.

Sharing and disclosing personal data to third parties:

Advanced Protection Systems provides personal data to third parties if it is necessary to achieve the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy, including in particular:

  1. Entities with whom we cooperate in connection with the implementation of contracts concluded with you or the provision of services to you (e.g. subcontractors). These entities process your data on our behalf only based on contracts concluded with us and only in accordance with our instructions, to ensure an equal level of security and confidentiality of all data.
  2. Entities authorized to do so under the provisions of generally applicable law.

Advanced Protection Systems is and remains responsible for these processing operations. In addition, we would like to emphasize that the disclosure of personal data to other third parties takes place only with your express consent.

 

 Your rights:

Advanced Protection Systems informs you that you have the following rights:

  1. Access to the content of your personal data and to obtain information, e.g. about the categories of data, the purposes of their processing, as well as to obtain their copies;
  2. Correct incorrect and complete missing data, as well as to be forgotten, which means that you have the right to delete data processed unjustifiably and unlawfully (e.g. data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected);
  3. Object to data processing and the right to limit data processing. In such a situation, after considering the application, Advanced Protection Systems will not be able to process personal data provided by you, unless it demonstrates the existence of valid, legally justified grounds for processing, overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or grounds for establishing, investigating or defense of claims;
  4. To transfer data processed in an automated manner, which means that you have the right to request that personal data be sent by us directly to another administrator, if technically possible;
  5. The right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (if the processing takes place based on Article 6 (1) (a) or Article 9 (2) . a GDPR);
  6. The right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if the participant considers that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

It also allows us to optimize our website. Please be advised that as part of the “Analytics” service, a cookie from the American company Google is placed via our website. Advanced Protection Systems uses this service to track and receive reports on how visitors use the website.
